Samantha Ruppenthal is a litigation associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Practice.
Before joining Foley, Samantha was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan S. Trust in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.
During law school, Samantha interned with the Honorable Mary Kay Vyskocil in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, the Federal Trade Commission and the Office of the New York Attorney General.
