Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Team, will be speaking at the Dallas Bar Association's Corporate Counsel Section Meeting on March 3. In his presentation titled "Ethical Concerns for General Counsel When You and Your Company Find a Cyber Intrusion," Mr Vogel will discuss the risks associated with cyber intrusions and what attorneys can do to protect themselves, their law firms and their clients when a cyber-intrusion is detected.
