Mr. Rossman will be speaking on October 3, 2011 on “To Be or Not To Be: ACOs and Where We Go from Here.”
The Forum brings health care experts, with both credentials and experience, to share action steps that leaders can take to adapt to changes being thrust upon providers today and in the near future. Join governing board members, executives and senior leaders to:
- gain insight on how hospital leaders and physicians are creating sustainable partnerships to compete in the new marketplace
- understand the requirements of creating an accountable care organization (ACO) and
contemplate whether the health system should become an ACO or simply adopt select ACO
practices that will prepare the organization for payment reforms hear examples of how hospital providers and physician entities are structurally and clinically integrating
- explain the drivers of clinical variation, how it equals billions in unnecessary health care
