Foley Partner Mary Kay Braza spoke at Harvard Law School’s Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law Spring 2012 Sports Law Symposium on Friday, March 23, 2012. Braza participated on the panel, “MLB Collective Bargaining” that explored the reasons MLB has been able to maintain labor peace for such an extended period of time and discussed issues that may threaten this peace in the future.
