Partner Peter A. McLauchlan, chair of the Firm’s maritime and aviation industry team, will present “Global Climate Change and Aviation” at the Association of Transportation Law Professionals Annual Meeting.

The issue of global climate change is becoming more relevant in every aspect of the economy. Airlines face a variety of regulations around the globe as the aviation industry seeks to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
