Foley completed $3.5 billion in investments for the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), a $34 billion public pension plan. These investments were completed through the formation of complex U.S. and offshore vehicles and will be individually managed by six large institutional managers. Each of the funds will provide senior financing to U.S. and European businesses across a spectrum of industries.
The $3.5 billion in investments represents the largest series of individual fund investments that Foley’s Investment Management Team has closed. The Foley team was led by partner Todd Boudreau and associate Michael Mozes, and included partners Stuart Fross, Art Requenez, Tom Hickey, Fred Adam, Scott Pinarchick, Jamshed Patel, and associates Michelle Nunez and Amelia Rendeiro.
