Foley Wins Two M&A Atlas Awards

Foley & Lardner was the recipient of two awards at Global M&A Network’s Americas M&A Atlas Awards.

The firm won the Americas Corporate M&A Deal for its representation of Chicago Bar Company, maker of the popular protein bar RXBAR, in its acquisition by Kellogg Company in a $600 million deal.

Foley also won Americas Materials M&A Deal for its representation of Strait Lane Capital Partners, LLC in the sale of its portfolio company Griswold LLC, a leading manufacturer of engineered cellular rubber and microcellular polyurethane products, to Rogers Corporation.

Partners Chris Cain and Chris Rasmussen led the Foley M&A team in the RXBAR deal.

Partner Chris Converse led the Foley team in the Griswold sale, which also included special counsel Jon Bull and associates Chris Babcock, Austin Poynter and Arthur Vorbrodt.
