Foley & Lardner LLP represented Hooper Holmes, Inc. d/b/a Provant Health and its affiliates in their chapter 11 bankruptcies filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. In these bankruptcies, Foley assisted in the sale of substantially all of the Debtors’ assets to Summit Health, Inc. and the confirmation of the Debtors’ plan of liquidation on January 31, 2019.
