Partner Clyde Tinnen was quoted in the Reorg article, “VAR SMMNY Covid-19 Premium Reflects Long-Term Market Uncertainty,” about whether he is seeing companies using Covid premiums in mergers and acquisitions. Siemens Healthineers was reported to have included a Covid-19 bonus in its pending acquisition of Varian Medical Systems. Tinnen told Reorg that he has not seen significant premiums as part of deal terms.
