Foley Advises Framework Solutions in Growth Recapitalization Investment from WestView Capital Partners

Foley & Lardner LLP acted as legal counsel to Framework Solutions, a professional services company serving the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries, in its growth recapitalization investment from WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on middle-market growth companies.

Frameworks offers outsourced business and consulting services focusing on supporting clients’ operational and strategic needs within its medical, legal, regulatory and promotional review committee processes. The partnership with WestView will allow Frameworks to pursue more strategic opportunities and increase its overall capabilities, resources, and bandwidth to support its clients.
