Jeff Kopp Quoted on OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard on Vaccine Mandates

Partner Jeff Kopp was quoted in an article in The Hill titled “White House facing onslaught of challenges to vaccine rules,” outlining that the Biden administration is bracing for an onslaught of challenges to its coronavirus vaccine-or-test mandate for private sector businesses.

Kopp shared that the White House and OSHA have broad authority to enforce the requirements, going on to say: “OSHA did an exceptional job of validating its authority. I think in the ETS, they went to great lengths to detail the need for an emergency temporary standard.” He added, “It’s going to be a tough hill for challengers.”
