James McKee Named to Florida Health Care Power 100 by City & State Florida

McKee is Foley’s Tallahassee Office Managing Partner and a litigation lawyer who is a familiar figure before Florida’s Supreme Court and District Courts of Appeal. He focuses on complex commercial litigation and has obtained numerous successes in cases, including high-profile Medicaid disputes.
