Partner Dan Bachrach and Associate Laura Zampieri have co-authored an Orlando Business Journal article, “How a Mix of uses Can Help Pencil Out Your Real Estate Development,” about how the rising cost of land and the current real estate economy has put more pressure on Florida developers to structure large projects in a way that will maximize value and minimize risk. The article describes ways developers can structure a mixed-use development that will give them a bigger bang for their buck.
