Boer, Barner and Sun Quoted on IP Law in China

Foley chairman and CEO Ralf Boer and Foley partners Sharon Barner and Catherine Sun were quoted in an article titled “Patent Progress” in the June 23, 2008 issue of China Daily. Each offered their insight into China’s efforts to improve its Intellectual Property laws as the country’s manufacturing industry begins to move away from low-cost manufacturing and towards technology-intensive innovation and development.
