Foley health care attorneys Jan Anderson and Nathaniel Lacktman were quoted in an article titled “OIG Ruling Sets Stage for Aligning Incentives to Improve Quality,” in the November 17, 2008 issue of Report of Medicare Compliance. Ms. Anderson and Mr. Lacktman comment on the OIG Advisory Opinion (08-16) that approved a hospital-wide quality improvement program that allows hospitals to reward physicians for achieving quality targets.
