Ware Comments on New NLRB Guidance on Employer Policies

Of Counsel Dabney Ware was quoted in a Business Insurance article, «Labor board’s handbook guidance eases employer concerns,” about a memo by National Labor Relations Board general counsel Peter Robb that provides welcome new guidance on employer handbook policies.

Ware said the agency’s prior rulings were “so convoluted [they] created a lot of opportunit[ies] for companies to be held liable for something where they were really just asking everyone to play nice together.”
