Foley & Lardner LLP a représenté HPI Holdings LLC, un exploitant d'hôpitaux, de centres de soins ambulatoires et de cliniques basé à Oklahoma City, dans le cadre de la vente d'une participation majoritaire dans HPI à une coentreprise détenue par Integris et United Surgical Partners International. La transaction a été conclue le 1er novembre 2018.

As described by the parties to the venture, the deal allows for the combination of HPI’s comprehensive service offerings and convenience of care, the INTEGRIS system’s continuum of care in Oklahoma and the management infrastructure and capabilities of USPI. It also establishes an affiliation of more than 1,300 physicians, representing a wide variety of specialties with practices across metro Oklahoma City.
