Foley & Lardner LLP a représenté NorthPointe Resources, Inc. dans le cadre d'une transaction de transfert d'actifs avec Aspire of Illinois. Selon les termes de l'accord, NorthPointe Resources a transféré la quasi-totalité de ses actifs à Aspire of Illinois. La clôture a eu lieu en juillet 2019. 

As a result of the transfer, NorthPointe and Aspire will join resources to better serve their communities and continue to provide a wide range of services and programs for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities that emphasize individual growth, skills training, and well-being, strongly focused on community involvement through employment, residency, and leisure activities.

Established in 1953, NorthPointe Resources is a premier provider of a full range of award-winning programs for people with disabilities and/or mental illness living in northern Illinois, supporting approximately 500 people annually.

The Foley team of Melesa Freerks, Sylonda Lang, Shannon Lins, Belinda Morgan, Steve Gerenraich, Dan Pieringer and Wayne Osoba, provided pro bono support to North Pointe Resources.
