Weisbein Quoted in Women’s Wear Daily About FTC Oversight of Influencer Marketing

Partner Robert Weisbein was quoted in the Women’s Wear Daily article, «Fashion Week Legal Chatter: Barneys Lessons, Overseeing Influencers,” about how vigilant the Federal Trade Commission has been in enforcing rules about online fashion and product influencers.

“It will be interesting to see how the FTC does in controlling the influencer marketplace,” Weisbein said.

Weisbein spoke at a Foley & Lardner Fashion Week event, “Le droit de la mode sur les podiums : les principales tendances juridiques de cette saison.”
