Foley Florida Lawyers Named to Florida Trend’s 2020 Legal Elite

Partners Ed Baxa and Gardner Davis have been named to Florida Trend’s 2020 Legal Elite Hall of Fame. The Legal Elite Hall of Fame consists of a distinguished group of attorneys who have consistently earned high rankings from their peers in the annual Florida Trend Legal Elite voting. Baxa was recognized for his construction law practice. Davis was recognized for his business law practice.

Partners Melissa Coffey, William Guthrie,  Jana Kolarik, Thomas Little, John “Jack” Lord Jr., Michael Matthews and John Wolfel Jr. were named to Florida Trend’s 2020 Legal Elite list. Coffey was recognized for commercial litigation; Guthrie and Little for real estate; Kolarik and Matthews for health care;  Wolfel business law; and Lord for labor and employment.

Senior Counsels Thomas Ferrante and Angelica Novick and associate Jasmine Esmailbegui were recognized as Florida Trend 2020 Legal Up & Comers. Ferrante, Novick and Esmailbegui were three of 112 attorneys garnering the most votes in a special category for attorneys under the age of 40 who have exhibited leadership in the law and in their community. Ferrante was recognized for health care; Novick was recognized was recognized for commercial litigation; and Esmailbegui was recognized for real estate.
