Foley Represents HerculesAI in Series B Financing

Foley & Lardner LLP represented HerculesAI in its $26 million Series B financing.  The round was led by Streamlined Ventures with participation from Proof VC, Thomson Reuters Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and various industry angels.

HerculesAI is a generative AI company that uses an ensemble of data extraction, transformation, and verification frameworks to transform enterprise automation with Multi-Agent AI systems for continuous and high-value workflows that require decision-making. The funding will be used to keep building on HerculesAI’s recent momentum.

The Foley team was led by partners Louis Lehot and Lyman Thai and included special counsel Kelly Boyd and associate Mackenzie Barrett. The team also included partners Alan Pate (commercial privacy) and Rishi Sodhi (tax).
