Foley & Lardner LLP a agi en tant que conseiller juridique de FloWorks International, un distributeur spécialisé de premier plan dans le domaine des produits de contrôle de débit critiques et une société du portefeuille de Wynnchurch Capital, dans le cadre de son acquisition d'Applied Controls LLC et d'AC Systems Integration LLC (collectivement, « Applied Controls »).

Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Applied Controls provides industrial process controls and analyzer systems, serving a diverse customer base across industrial end markets. The company designs and delivers innovative process control solutions tailored to meet the needs of demanding customer applications.

The acquisition of Applied Controls expands FloWorks’ product portfolio to include process controls, heat trace, and analyzer systems, enhancing the technical solutions available to its customers.

This transaction marks the fourth acquisition by FloWorks supported by the Foley team within the past year.

The Foley deal team was led by partners Gjina Lucaj and Omar Lucia, along with associates Zachary Simon and Zachary Ulewicz.
