Foley Represents DISA Global Solutions in Acquisition of American DataBank

Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to DISA Global Solutions, a leading tech-enabled provider of workplace compliance management and employee screening solutions and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, in its acquisition of American DataBank, a premier provider of immunization, compliance, and clinical rotation tracking solutions.

The addition of American DataBank strengthens DISA’s offering in the health care space, following its 2024 acquisition of CastleBranch, and marks a significant step forward in the company’s growth strategy. In conjunction with the acquisition, DISA is launching a dedicated Healthcare Technology division focused on providing cutting-edge clinical compliance and screening solutions to universities, health care institutions, providers, and students.

Founded in 1986, DISA offers a broad range of services, including drug and alcohol testing, background screening, occupational health, and transportation compliance solutions. With a focus on facilitating informed staffing decisions, DISA supports more than 30% of Fortune 500 companies and clients across the globe.
