Dania’s experience includes counseling clients through internal investigations and government enforcement actions involving economic sanctions (OFAC), arms controls (ITAR), and export administration and antiboycott compliance (BIS). Dania also represents clients before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). She is a member of Foley’s Commercial Litigation and Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations Practices.

During law school, Dania was a judicial intern to the Honorable Gray H. Miller of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, as well as a student attorney at the University of Houston Law Center Civil Practice Clinic.
