Mariah D. Barfield est conseillère en affaires publiques chez Foley & Lardner LLP. Mariah has a comprehensive background in both the public and private sector in Florida. Prior to joining Foley, Mariah worked for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. As a senior criminal justice information technician, Mariah led customer service efforts to the public and law enforcement agencies, and firearm dealers throughout the state of Florida. She regularly worked with State and local law enforcement personnel and agencies, and utilized databases such as CCH, III, NCIC/FCIC, NICS, and ICE to retrieve criminal history information, analyze the data to confirm eligibility in accordance with State and Federal regulations, communicate intelligence findings, and communicate corresponding actions.

In her current role at Foley, Mariah leverages her experience and relationships to strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver positive results for clients and ensure their continued success.
