Jarrod is a member of the Health Care Practice Group, where he provides clients with regulatory healthcare counsel as it relates to fraud and abuse, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), scope of practice, Medicare and Medicaid program reimbursement, and price transparency, with a particular focus on operational considerations related to the No Surprises Act. Jarrod Brodsky is an associate based in the Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Foley, Jarrod worked as an associate at a national law firm in Washington, D.C., and was a Health Law Fellow in the Office of the General Counsel of the Mid- Atlantic’s largest healthcare system where he advised on issues related to Stark Law, HIPAA/privacy matters, managed care contracting, and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
