Anacarolina is a senior attorney assisting U.S. clients on complex cross-border corporate, commercial, and M&A transactions in Latin America and Europe. Anacarolina has extensive experience representing Latin American clients in U.S. matters including corporate transactions, commercial real estate, family offices, and litigation. She also advises clients in complex litigation involving maritime, marine, energy, transportation, and commercial matters worldwide. She represents clients in regulatory and government relation matters involving immigration. She has participated in a wide variety of cross-border corporate transaction, litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Korea, London, Mexico, Paraguay, Spain, Taiwan, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
