Navea M. Frazier supports clients in matters involving compliance, corporate governance, and employment law, drawing on nearly a decade of experience in legal operations, contracts, and diversity strategy. She brings an in-house business perspective to her legal work, having served as a contracts specialist and DEI manager at a global consulting firm prior to law school. Navea is passionate about helping clients align legal, ethical, and business goals through practical, risk-aware solutions.
Navea is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Before joining Foley, she managed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at West Monroe, where she led strategic communications, ESG reporting, and employee engagement programs. Her earlier experience as a senior contracts specialist provides her with a strong foundation in contract negotiation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
