Jacqueline Hayduk is an associate and litigator with Foley & Lardner LLP’s Labor & Employment Practice. She helps employers across the country achieve their business goals while minimizing legal risk with respect to various employment actions. As an employment attorney, a significant portion of Jacqueline’s practice is advising clients on compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination laws, such as Title VII and the ADA, leave laws, and wage and hour laws. She also has substantial experience litigating trade-secret misappropriation and breach of restrictive covenant claims.

Jacqueline represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She also counsels clients on employment issues, from correct classification of employees to defending against wage garnishment proceedings, and she has assisted with mergers and acquisitions in various industries by guiding clients through labor and employment-related diligence. Jacqueline has conducted numerous internal investigations related to sexual harassment allegations and theft of intellectual property, providing her clients with valuable risk analysis and recommendations for forward-looking remedial measures.

Jacqueline has also advised a variety of businesses on unemployment matters, including assisting employers with developing and applying for Work Share programs in various states when they need to reduce payroll costs without reducing their workforce.

Prior to joining Foley, Jacqueline served as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Sexual Assault Team at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and a Jay A.
