Partner

Taylor C. Pancake is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Taylor is based in the firm’s Orlando office where he is a member of the Transactional & Securities Practice as well as a member of the Health Care Industry Team. He is also chair of the firm’s Veterans Affinity Group.

Taylor has experience in a wide variety of corporate law matters including corporate formation, corporate operations and governance, financings and other contract drafting, review and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. He is chair of the firm’s Orlando Corporate Law Department.

Taylor also has experience representing clients in the senior living industry, where he has experience in mergers and acquisitions, sale and leaseback transactions, lease and management agreements and financings for multiple REITs, private owners, operators, managers and developers in connection with hundreds of senior living facilities. Taylor is co-chair of the firm’s Senior Living Industry Team.

  • United States Marine Corps Reservist; Taylor also served in Iraq and Kuwait in 2003 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
