Steven Petrie is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). He provides global leadership and strategic oversight for the firm’s business operations and administrative functions, and he is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of business operations strategy in alignment with the firm’s strategic plan.

With over 20 years of strategy, finance, and broad operations experience, Steve drives innovation and collaboration across the firm. He develops and implements key strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s service delivery models and client offerings. He leads a highly functioning team of senior business professionals who, collectively, ensure that all resources, infrastructure, technology, and financing are in place to support the effective running of the firm.

Most recently, Steve served as Americas COO at a Top-10 global law firm. Prior to that role, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at an AmLaw 100 firm.
