Partner

Antonina (Toni) Prestigiacomo has extensive experience representing lenders in real estate loan transactions across the United States. Her work includes the structuring and closing of mortgage loan transactions for conventional acquisition, permanent, interim/bridge, and mezzanine loan transactions. In particular, she represents national health care lenders in their lending transactions with a focus on skilled nursing and assisted living facility loans. Toni is a partner in the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions and Real Estate Practices.

Additionally, Toni’s real estate practice extends to all facets of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing, financing, and property management matters. She has represented, among others, commercial lenders and other providers of capital, as well as owners and developers of mixed use and residential housing projects that use the syndication of low-income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, historic tax credits, governmental loans, and grant programs, including HOME loans and FHLB Affordable Housing Program Grants.

Toni’s practice also includes the representation of franchise lenders in their transactions with a focus on quick service and casual dining restaurant financings.
