Overview

Michael (Mike) R. Rahmn is an experienced litigation attorney and senior counsel with Foley's Houston office. He focuses his practice on general litigation, including commercial disputes, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, ERISA related litigation and product liability claims. Mike has successfully defended clients in the oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, health care and transportation industries.

In addition to his active litigation practice, Mike regularly counsels clients about matters involving employment agreements, avoiding unnecessary legal costs and appropriately managing litigation risk.

Prior to earning his law degree, Mike served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Sherry Radack of the 1st Court of Appeals in Houston. He also served as a law clerk for the National Labor Relations Board and a Fortune 500 oilfield service company.
