Luke Shadley est avocat associé et avocat plaidant chez Foley & Lardner LLP, basé au bureau de Chicago, où il est membre des groupes de pratique Litiges commerciaux et Défense et enquêtes en matière d'application de la loi par les pouvoirs publics. Luke works with clients to navigate government investigations, conduct large-scale internal investigations, and litigate disputes. He collaborates closely with clients and the government to respond to any governmental inquiries and has successfully defended clients in False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing both indigent and incarcerated clients.

During law school, Luke was a summer associate at Foley, a law clerk for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and a judicial extern for the Honorable John Robert Blakey in the Northern District of Illinois. He also worked as a student attorney in the Center on Wrongful Convictions at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he helped identify and rectify wrongful convictions.
