Zach Simon advises private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and founders on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity and strategic investments, executive compensation, and general corporate matters. Zach guides clients through all stages of the transaction process with a focus on practical solutions and service excellence.
Zach is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group. As a reflection of Zach’s broad-based experience in transactional matters, he serves on the group’s Knowledge Management team, with broad responsibility for developing and sharing know-how, curating substantive legal resources, and promoting innovative practices.
