Eric Tang is an associate in the Health Care Practice Group, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, partnerships, and financing, with a particular focus on health care-related transactions.  His experience also includes advising clients on fraud, waste and abuse, corporate practice of medicine, HIPAA and other specialized health regulatory compliance, employment, and reporting and disclosure requirements.

Prior to joining Foley, Eric was an associate at an international law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
