Overview
Jessica N. Walker is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Jessica has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation in federal and state court and arbitration. Her practice includes representing businesses and individuals in class action, false advertising, unfair competition, business tort, investigations, warranty, product liability, lemon law, securities and other litigation matters. Jessica also represents museums, foreign sovereigns, and artists in artwork ownership disputes.
Prior to joining Foley, Jessica was a litigation associate for a Global 100 law firm in Los Angeles. Previously, she was a litigator in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm.
