We are experienced in establishing energy service companies and in handling transactions involving such service companies. Our regulatory work routinely involves state and federal permitting and compliance issues and proceedings, including FERC and complex generation resource bidding processes. We can represent your long-range strategic planning regarding your energy needs, as well as fuel procurement and transportation matters involving coal, natural gas, and other fuels.

In the area of municipal services, our attorneys have structured and documented transactions involving water treatment, sewage, waste treatment and recycling facilities, and other privatized businesses supporting civic infrastructure. We are involved in the telecommunications industry, representing owners and developers of cellular and personal communication systems (PCS) in their build-out and financing plans.
