Gardere Environmental Partner Frances E. Phillips has been invited to speak at AWT's 2014 Annual Convention and Exposition in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Phillips will discuss her trials and tribulations as a young female attorney working for the Environmental Protection Agency during the Women of Water reception.

Ms. Phillips was recently recognized as one of the leading environmental attorneys in Texas by Best Lawyers in America© and one of the Top 100 Female Attorneys in the World by InterContinental Finance Magazine. She was selected as the special guest speaker at the WOW reception because she is a professional woman and an advocate of the environment.
