Gardere’s global supply network team is proud to sponsor and host the IFA and Dallas FBN Franchise Sales and Financial Performance event.
The program will provide an insightful briefing on the new commentary changes to financial performance representations (FPRs), including how and when franchisors will need to adapt their use of FPRs in the franchise sales process. These changes impact data typically found in FPRs, including franchisee and franchisor unit-level gross revenues, forecasts and projections, ranges and averages, and data routinely provided to prospects outside the franchise discloser document, such as expenditures and supplementary FPRs. Attendees will leave with a checklist to use in implementing these changes and maximizing the use of FPRs in their franchise sales program.
Certified franchise executives will earn 50 CFE credits for attending. Additional information about the event, as well as registration options, can be accessed here.
