IP in the Reform Era 2011: America Invents Act Patent Reform – An Advanced Q&A Workshop
As part of the ongoing series of seminars offered by Foley attorneys, Professors Harold C. Wegner, a highly respected thought leader on global IP issues, and Matthew A. Smith, the author of a comprehensive textbook on reexamination proceedings and Adjunct Professor for International Patent Law, will lead a very small, interactive workshop on potential ramifications of various aspects of the reform. This workshop is recommended for practitioners who have already studied the new law so that the participants can explore questions and fine points of implementation. Workshop registrants will receive a document in advance for self-study of the critical issues.
