The Future of Business Law in Mexico

Mexico's emergence as an increasingly important economy on the international front has raised questions of how it can best fashion its laws and policies governing business practices and access to the courts. Class action law and other legal developments leave much unanswered. Should COFECO urge the courts to adopt a price-squeeze theory of antitrust liability? How might the resolution of these issues impact businesses and consumers in Mexico? These and other important questions were considered by a panel of experts at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011.
