The Status of Women in Law Firms

On February 19, 2008, the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations presented a Web seminar on the results of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ 2007 Survey of the Status of Women in Law Firms. The panelists, including Foley’s Chief Diversity Partner Maureen A. McGinnity, discussed the progress of women in law firms and the actions women can take to address the challenges they face in the legal profession.
