Bornstein will present, “Oversight and Investigation: Lessons Learned from the 110th Congress and Effective Defense Strategies for Targets,” as part of the Washington Legal Foundation Web Seminar Series. In the Web seminar, Kiko and Bornstein will:
- Analyze key congressional oversight and investigation trends and developments in the 100th Congress
- Manage the process from subpoena to hearing and address collateral consequences of investigations
- Organize and coordinate the response team, including legal, government relations and communications personnel
- Offer considerations to make when preparing and presenting testimony before Congress
