Partner Mark F. Foley will moderate and present at the Document Retention and Destruction seminar hosted by Lorman Education Services on June 24, 2008, in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
This seminar will focus on what records to store and when, why and how to destroy them, and how to comply with pertinent statutory and regulatory standards. Furthermore, attendees will learn the best practices for implementing and updating a records management program that provides a safe harbor.
