California's Draft General Construction Permit – Session I: Overcoming Implementation Issues

The California State Water Resources Control Board is proposing a new Draft General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activities (Draft Construction General Permit). If approved, there will be significant implications for California contractors, builders, developers, property owners, and lenders.
