As with any change in administration, in addition to the new leadership, there are always new policies and new approaches. For the Jackson EPA, air regulation is one area slated for major change.
Foley’s Environmental Regulation attorneys presented Tightening the Reins Under the Clean Air Act: The Jackson EPA Approach, an insightful discussion and analysis of the Jackson EPA’s recently announced major new greenhouse-gas (GHG) rulemaking actions.
