More from Dodd-Frank: New Listing Rules for Compensation Committees and Advisors

Corporate Partner Richard A. Tulli will speak at the upcoming meeting of the Dallas Bar Association Securities Section on March 25. The program focus will be "More from Dodd-Frank: New Listing Rules for Compensation Committees and Advisors."

"We will address recently adopted listing standards for most public companies with stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq Stock Market," Mr. Tulli said. "Those standards will impose new requirements regarding the composition of compensation committees and the qualification of advisers to compensation committees of those companies."
