Members of Foley’s Sports Industry Team presented at Marquette University’s National Sports Law Institute Summer Conference titled, “Current Issues in Sports Law,” on July 12, 2013. The conference was held on the Marquette Campus at Eckstein Hall.
Foley Partners Irwin Raij, Kevin Schulz and Andy Wronski along with Special Counsel Tim Bucher were among a dynamic line-up of speakers. Mr. Raij and Mr. Schulz presented the panel “Hot Button Issues in Sports Media Rights Deals.” Mr. Wronski and Mr. Bucher presented the panel, “Concussion Litigation and Developing a Litigation Strategy.”
