David Simon served as a faculty presenter in the PLI program “The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and International Anti-Corruption Developments in 2014,” an in-person event held in New York City and simultaneously webcast on May 2, 2014. The faculty consisted of “leading practitioners, in-house experts and DOJ/SEC officials.” Simon participated in the session, “Roundtable Discussion with the Government and Private Practitioners.”
